Return Conditions:
- All items should be unused and in brand new condition.
- All items should be packed well and returned in the original packaging.
- You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the product. You may use any shipping
- carrier to return the products. We recommend using FedEx or UPS so you can track your return.
- Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
- Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.
* Customized / Engraved items are not refundable.
Return Procedure:
- Print and complete the Return Authorization Form and include with the return. If possible, make a copy of your order invoice and include it with the return.
