- Fantastic votives! Basically drip-less, if left alone. They really do last a long time; even in a draft, they'll burn more than one night (night = 8-10 hours approx). Smaller & less expensive than the votives I was getting before these, however, they easily last 2-3 times longer. Surprisingly long burning, with a nice flame & decent illumination. What a deal!!! I ordered candle this summer and was surprised by the pleasant and knowledgeable operator. When I received the candles I was also pleased. We used them for our anniversary party and they were just what was advertised. [Dec.] I had another very friendly experience. I was greeted with a "smile"... it was obvious KAT not only liked her job, but realized that she had the job because your company has customers.... a fact that many retailers do not understand. How many times as consumers we are greeted in per or on the phone by rude clerks... too many times. Kat was patient with my many questions and you could actually hear her smile! I have been meaning to write to you to thank you for helping me make my wedding beautiful. My florist recommended ordering candles from you. I ordered votives and pillars. Unfortunately there were a few broken votives and I ordered the wrong holders for the pillars. I placed an order for the correct pillar holders online. I also called customer service to order replacements for the broken votives and spoke to Rick on 8/2. He fixed everything! Not only did he replace the votives, he made sure I received the correct pillar holders in time for my wedding on 8/6! -Kelly

I was a little worried about not getting the candles with holders on time, or maybe some of those holders would be broken to pieces. It turns out the shipping is extremely speedy, and those glasses are all in perfect conditions when they arrived on a Saturday afternoon. Love it! I used them to decorate a welcome party which lasted about 4 hours. So after the party, still left half. Thanks. -Jie in OK

The quality of the glass votives was better than available in the local arts and crafts venue. They also were packed well, so they arrived in good condition, with no breakage. (A gross of votives and candles makes a fairly heavy package.) Definitely recommend! -Janet in PA
