At Quick Candles, we know how important it is to get your order On Time and Undamaged.

That's why we offer the following guarantees:

On Time Guarantee

Your order should be delivered on the Date estimated by our Delivery Date Tool. If your order is delivered more than 1 business day past this date we will refund your shipping/handling charges. The Delivery Date tool is very accurate; however we always recommend allowing a few extra days for delivery when ordering for a specific event.

Delivery Guarantee Exceptions:

Packages delayed due to weather conditions.

Packages delivered outside the continental USA.

No Damage Guarantee

We sell lots of fragile products and know many customers are concerned about breakage or heat damage. We pack every order with special care to prevent any damages. If any item in your order is damaged, we will replace it, free of charge. It's that simple. We want you to order with confidence. No Damage Conditions:

Damages / Shortages must be reported within 30 days of package receipt.

Replacements will be shipped with same service level as original order.
