What if my shipment is damaged?
We take pride in the quality of our products and how well we pack them. Over 99.9% of our items are delivered undamaged! If an item is damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. All replacement items will be reshipped with standard ground shipping, no exceptions. Just call customer service at 1-800-928-6175 to report a damaged shipment.
