What happens if my order is incomplete?
  We take pride in packing every order carefully.  If your order is missing an item we will reship the missing item the same day it is reported.  Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.  All replacement items will be shipped with standard ground shipping, no exceptions.  Just call customer service at 1-800-928-6175 if your order is missing an item.
What if my shipment is damaged?
 
We take pride in the quality of our products and how well we pack them.  Over 99.9% of our items are delivered undamaged!  If an item is damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.  Claims must be made with 30 days of receipt of your order.  All replacement items will be reshipped with standard ground shipping, no exceptions.  Just call customer service at 1-800-928-6175 to report a damaged shipment.

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, based on the weight of your order and your location. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. There, you can enter your State and Zip Code and click on the dropdown arrow to determine your shipping method and cost. If you have any questions, give us a call at 800-928-6175. We'll be glad to assist you.

Canadian shipping rates are for transportation costs only.  The customer is responsible for paying $10 USD for customs fees plus applicable VAT. 
When will my order ship?
